Like this electric knife. Have tried many and failed. This one works well, cuts through bread and meat easily. Like that it stays charged so I can pull it out of the draw and cut right away. I recommend it. Haven't had it long enough to say anything about its longevity.

This is my go-to for dealing with a dozen loaves of bread during the holidays. It keeps a full charge, is simple to use, and I don’t feel like I’m gonna saw off my fingers. With that said, I’ve had less luck with some cuts of meat. The electric knife handled ham without issues. It was iffy with pork and prime rib. That could be user error, as I’m not a kitchen connoisseur and probably should watch a video before I start hacking into things. But, nowadays, I pass those chores off to someone else and use this trusty electric knife for all the breads, buns and easy jobs.

I love electric knives and honestly I use them much more often to cut bread than I do meat. Ever since more and more formally plug-in electric kitchen utensils have been coming out with rechargable battery versions, I have been waiting for a cordless electric knife, both because it would be nice to not be constrained by the cord, but since its a knife, the cord being in the way is also a major safety issue. So I was very excited to order and try out this knife. So far, so good-I love it! Its working great for me and I love not having the cord. It seems to me to be just as pictured and described and I highly recommend it.

I've had an electric knife for a long time, but it's corded which always gets in the way. I loved the idea of a cordless electric knife so decided to give this a try. So far, so good!I gave everything a quick hand wash before use, dried it off, and got to work on a rotisserie chicken I picked up from the grocery store. This handled it with ease. I will say that while I thought the blades may be a bit thicker than I'd like, I was still able to slice some pretty thin slices for testing purposes. This isn't going to be a "super precision, paper thin cut" electric knife, but it did a great job for us, no complaints!Looking forward to using this for bigger birds and hams when we get to the holiday season this year. Might even have to try it with some brisket!
