Le Creuset Stoneware Round Pizza Stone, 15 in., Cerise

I go through pizza stones like they are tissues. I always buy the cheapest ones (about $30), and they break on me. So far, this one has lasted, and I have used it many times and cleaned it as recommended. It is super easy to clean, and I don't find it as high maintenance as the other pizza stones I've used. It heats up quickly, which initially surprised me. It cooks evenly and gives the pizza a nice crunch while ensuring the rest of it is nice and chewy. Overall, this is a high-quality product that I highly recommend.

Always used S.S. pan. After cooking my pizza on this unit, I will never go back to S.S. This is my 2nd unit. The 1st worked great (another fire brick cheaper brand), but it stained so badly abd looked so gross, I cringed and put up a little more money to purchase this ceramic unit. This is great! Does everything the 1st unit did, only better. The even heat distribution cooks a frozen pizza like a pizza parlor. The dough rises like freshly made dough. Something I never experienced with S.S. The S.S. was the typical thin pan. There are some thicker .5 inch S.S. pans that will do better. However, they are so expensive that this ceramic unit is the perfect tradeoff. Highly recommend this unit.

Cracked right down the middle while cooking pizza in the oven. I’ve had this less than a year and use it on average once a month. It’s stored in a drawer on its own and is hand washed. I’ve had other pizza stones in the past and none have ever cracked or broken. I’ve just replaced them due to the amount of grease they absorb over time. I was really excited about this version hoping it would last longer due to the enamel coating on one side.Almost all my cookware is Le Creuset, so this was extremely disappointing. It’s also really frustrating that I can get a refund as it wasn’t cheap.

I absolutely love this stone, it has a great weight, beautiful color and cooks evenly!

haha okay so i just got this le creuset pizza stone thingy and omg it's literally changed my pizza game!! i mean i'm not even kidding, i was skeptical at first cuz i'm not exactly the next gordon ramsay or anything, but this thing is a GAME CHANGER. it's so easy to use and clean and it makes my pizzas all crispy on the bottom and stuff. i've been using it nonstop since i got it and i'm obsessed. i've even started making pizzas for my friends and they're all like "wow this is actually really good" and i'm like "yeah i know right?!" anyway, 10/10 would recommend.
