Nice Unit !!
The only reason I didnβt give 5 stars is because i have to reconnect to CarbitLink every time I get in car.

seemed too perfect.
on paper this was amazing (specs wise). full Android 10 OS (still trying to figure out if updatable). with dual camera inputs (reverse and additional camera), HDMI input (with special atoto adapter), seemless AndroidAuto/Apple Carplay, 2 second boot up (with fuse piggyback installation), beautiful QLED display (even at 720p looks great), 4G LTE mobile connectivity with ability to create hotspot, dual Bluetooth (one for phone connection, other for data hotspot), and the wireless steering wheel remote.literally wonderful. just what I have been waiting for!did work very well, full Android OS is such a cool feature, even though Android 10 is a little outdated. I added a connected data sim line for LTE connectivity to mine.okay, so here's the cons..the GPS is very very laggy, even "horrible" I would say. has a GPS "one" or "two" tried both, and was still just constantly lagging, off, uncentered, really not working right.okay, that's fine. but not after a few days of playing with the display. it constantly freezes completely. have to hold down the power button on the back over and over again after waiting for device to unfreeze. I'm not sure if the AUX is for unput or output, but if it is output, it is really not working. seems like am amazing device if it worked better. constant freezing is really not okay. coupled with super GPS lag, is becoming a disappointed. which is sad, because this is truly a remarkable piece of hardware! if I have questions for manufacturer, how can I contact them? hopefully after a firmware update this will stop freezing up, and GPS will be able to keep up.

Mount keeps falling. Unit is worthless if it can't stay up.
The sticky pad on the dash would hold on but the suction cup would fail. This happened for months until it wouldn't stay for even an hour. Then I glued the suction cup to the sticky pad, and then the sticky pad wouldn't stay on the dash. Also the shortcut buttons stop working for long periods on a trip (like 20 minutes). I have an Atoto S8 Premium in my other vehicle and it has the button failure as well so I believe it's just a software issue, because I can restart the unit and the buttons will work again for awhile.
