Just after 24 hours of taking this supplement and I just purchased it the other day and it came on Friday which was yesterday morning and I started taking it and today is Saturday my period already came ! This really works. I wasn't having any issues but as long I can remember since puberty I never had a regular period , I always had it every month never miss but it never came on time it was always late like it would come on the first then next month it comes on the 20 th something I never understood. But now that I'm aging and dealing with a lot of stress Im still 30 and I still get my period on a regular basis but I wanted something to help me cuz I didn't want to have any issues and I want to continue to have kids I already have 1 child and I just decided to take this just for a boost and it really does what it says it do .

I usually don’t write reviews on stuff like this but I felt like I had to for this one. I am 21 years old and have had a pretty irregular cycle since I stared my period 10 years ago. In the past 2 years it’s gotten to the point when I would only have my period every 3 month, I started taking these almost 1 month ago (right after my period ended) and I just started my period again! For the first time in forever I have a NORMAL cycle! I am so happy with these and will continue to take them and I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone who is struggling with irregular periods.

Hola a todas! Tengo trastorno homonal hace alrededor de 1 año, tuve un embarazo ectopico en junio de 2024 y después de la cirugía me aplicaron una inyección anticonceptiva trimestral que empeoró mis problemas hormonales, desde esa fecha no tuve periodos ni siquiera una gota. Empecé a tomar estas píldoras el dia 1 de marzo mas o menos , porque mi esposo y yo estamos queriendo volver a intentar tener un bebé, el dia 14 empezó mi periodo, no parece normal porque es un sangrado regular y se vuelve abundante cuando voy al baño a orinar, en ese momento es que realmente sale mucha sangre mientras tanto mi tohalla sanitaria se mantiene limpia, es raro pero las pastillas hicieron su trabajo solo que tengo agregado mis problemas hormonales, lo que me preocupa es que desde el dia 14 hasta la fecha este sangrado no ha parado, no se si debo dejar de tomar las pastillas en el momento que viene el periodo ese detalle no viene en las instrucciones y no se, yo he continuado con la dosis de 4 píldoras al dia. No se si a alguien le resulte de ayuda mi comentario en mi opinión las píldoras si funcionan.

I love this product. I notice my cycles are more regular than they have ever been and I love that they help with the food noise and appetite control. Just make sure you actually take them with a full 8oz of water like the package suggests haha otherwise you may get stomachache/headache.

Here's the bad review you may or may not have been looking for. I started taking this in May after i skipped a period. Irregular periods have always been common for me, meaning they go anywhere from 18 days, to 25 days, to 30 days. So when I skipped a period I got a little nervous and did some research. Found out inositol is a natural way to regulate your period. So I started taking FLO brand at first and that just made me feel awful. Was sick to my stomach all the time and extremely exhausted. So I quit that I decided to start this June first. Got my period. Then a week later got another period..... and a week later another period. This last period didn't end. I was bleeding for 12 days. Started to wean myself off of this and finally stopped bleeding. But five days later and I just started bleeding again. Needless to say this destroyed my body and I am just praying that when I quit this I go back to normal.Now you may be wondering why I haven't consulted a doctor. And it's because I am just barely managing to keep my head above water while working all the time and I cannot afford a doctors visit right now (pleasures of living in this economy.) If this continues I will have no choice and then I don't know what I will do. So, if you can afford it, PLEASE talk to your doctor before you do anything.

So I Been Using Them About 6weeks, I Haven’t Had A Period Yet, I Been Spotting For 3weeks Straight On & Off. I’m Giving 3 Stars Because I Waited Til I Been Taking Them for A While And I Haven’t Seen Any Results. However It Definitely Makes Your Urine Really Yellow So I Stopped Taking Them.

I am extremely pleased with this product; it's incredible and performs exceptionally well. This is my second bottle, and I'm feeling fantastic:-)
