Technically they work. They do spread your nostrils, but only the lowest flare of them, the very outmost edge of your nose, and nothing more. They are wildly uncomfortable and barely stable, they just slip out the whole time you're wearing them and there's no way to put them deeper because they have 3 dots of texture, so nothing holds them anywhere in your nose. I can't believe how bad these are, they are the worst nose product I have ever purchased.

I've been using these for many years. Oxygen for the brain at night, as it encourages nose breathing rather than mouth breathing. I've ordered these, probably for 20 plus years.

Just cranks your nostrils open . Thus no snoring because your wide awake in excruciating pain.

I use these because I had my nose broken or dislocated many, many years ago. They help me breathe easier at night. Have used them for about 3 years now.

I have a fairly small nose and I can't get it to stay in place. Waste of my money. I was hopeful, but couldn't make it work

This is simple to use, has a good design and works to open nasal passageways for easier breathing at night! It is also more comfortable than any of the similar products I've tried, when you use it correctly. This helped me sleep better last night and I ordered more because it seems I only have this one left.
