Very high quality scooter!
We got this for our 15 year old son. He has been loving everything about this scooter! Has incredible suspension! He takes it off- roading and been very impressed with how well it does. Also battery life is very good!Also want to mention customer service was extremely helpful when we told them some parts didn’t arrive with the scooter. They had immediate response and sent parts right away!We are very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend this scooter!

The media could not be loaded. 54 miles on the scooter and the motor stopped working!!! Contacted the customer service and after sending video and pictures with the problem no response!!! Do not buy!!!

Fast, long runtime, responsive support
After the scooter arrived, I removed it from the box and I was able to assemble it with ease. The only difficult part was unfolding the scooter which reassured me it wouldnt collapse while riding. After my first ride, I noticed that I accelerated quickly and achieved its advertised top speed of 28 mph in seconds. This can vary depending on the weight and I noticed that it added a couple seconds when a heavier person tried riding it. The battery is good and the scooter is able to last a little longer than an hour when using mode 3 and even longer when using mode 2. The brakes are very good at stopping and would reccomend being very cautious with them as they can cause you to lock up the wheels. The only issue I have with the scooter is that the screen and brake lever came broken, but support was able to send me replacement parts. Overall, this scooter is a good deal since I was able to purchase it at ~$540.
