If you went throu surgery this is probably your new best friend. Super soft and thin easily slips under any body part in need of cooling.Doesn’t need more then 15 min in the freezer and comes out colder then any ice pack I ever tried.Great for pain relief!!!Superb product!!!Doesn’t take much space in freezer. I purchased one for my knee and it works quite well. They are very soft and conform to the shape of my knee very well. They stay cold for over 20 minutes before I need to put back in the freeze. I haven't used them for a warn application so I can't report on it, but if it's anything like using it cold I'm sure it will preform excellent.

This sleeve fits my elbow pretty well. I bought the size Small. I'm about 130lbs, 5'6". It is so convenient to be able to work while heating my elbow. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the heat only lasts a few minutes. But it's very comfortable and easy to use.

I am an active male who runs a lot during the week. This product is great for icing sore areas and gets and A+ in my book. An underrated part of this product is the fact that you can freeze them, wear them, and not have to worry about getting frostbite because they defrost within 20 minutes. This makes it a great fit for the RICE protocol. For use on the thighs and knees, go for the largest sizes bc the product may tear if stretch too much. I have not tried heated these so maybe look for a review on that. 10/10! Cheers!

The idea is good, but you've got to get smaller sizes than what they suggest. And, it only stays cold like 10-12 minutes. I bought this for my elbow area and I have to keep my arm bent otherwise it slides off. I ordered the size suggested.

Bought this for use on my arm. Works pretty well for a cold compress. Bought the medium. It does slide off my arm if left down, but otherwise is comfortable and very easy to use.

I got 2 pairs because I couldn't gatekeep this. My household holds a dancer, volleyball player, swimmer, & gym rat - we all use it.It's comfortable & stays cold for the appropriate amount of time (20mins) - just enough time to relieve most of the pain.The sleeve design is well done & covers the joints fully. We keep it in the little plastic pouch it came in when freezing & it holds up well.
