I’ve been taking this for about a month. Within two weeks of taking, I had a big presentation that I wasn’t too nervous for. Now I’m due for another presentation that I’m not nervous about at all. Anxiety has left the building. I take before work & have energy all day. Also, this made my period so much better. I didn’t feel any cramping, moodiness, not emotional hiccups. I also sleep a lot better! Make sure to take w/ a liquid bc if your mouth is kinda dry, the capsules will start to break down

I'm always a little skeptical about really good reviews, thinking a product will not work for me as good as for everyone else. I bought these to help with menopausal anxiety, wow, these really work! I noticed results within 2 days. I was taking them daily, no anxiety at all. Then I went out of town for 3 days, didn't bring these pills with me and noticed how my anxiety came back! So I went to take them right after I got back. I just ordered 2 more bottles, these work really good for me.

I have recently found a different brand that are a little stronger and a good value. They are also easier to swallow. These seemed to stick to the back of my throat a little more than other supplements I take.

I have been using it for the last couple of weeks because my sleep wasn’t great due to high cortisol levels. Since I started taking it, I have felt the difference, my body feels more relaxed, and I’m able to sleep better.
