The package comes with well-written instructions, dark sunglasses to protect your eyes, straps to hold the unit in place, a usb to usb-c cord, adapter, cleaning cloth, and a unit holder.I used this on my neck the first time, and after 15 minutes with low tens settings and low light, I was less stiff.I decided to try the strap on my bad knee, and it holds the laser unit in place. I set this to no tens and second level laser. Over time, I hope this will let be go longer between chiropractic adjustments for my neck, and I won't be able to tell when a storm is coming with my knee. After just a couple of trials, I'm optimistic!

I am on the second day of use and I had the red light lasar setting on 3 which was hot and felt like it was slightly burning my skin. After using, I discovered bumps under my skin and visual burn blisters. I am using it today and turned the setting down to 2.The TENS works really well, but is too intense at the highest setting. I can only handle the setting at 1 at this point.

This is an excellent tool to help heal discomfort or pain. My family members have used it on a sports injury and minor discomforts with success. It has different levels of intensity for the TENS unit and the cold therapy so you are able to adjust it based on intensity of injury. It is easy to use.

I like the unit. It’s compact and easy to use. The strap works okay, but I like this one because it’s compact and I can travel with it. My only concern is battery life. I’m using it for my knees, which the manufacturer recommenders 30 for each. From full charge I cannot complete both knees with out charging, which means I have to charge between just about every use and planning treatments becomes much more difficult, especially when traveling. I’m considering returning the unit to see if I got one with a bad battery.I have noticed same pain relief and it does help with swelling.

Stopped working after 30 days. I should’ve just flushed my money down the toilet don’t waste your money.

Used the product a couple of times but I'm glad I read the reviews first. I only used on level 1 and I already feels like it's strong/really hot (I could see marks on my skin after 20 mins).Too early to tell if it's working with my pain but I'm glad I purchased the product!

This is a a quality unit. It seems well made and does what its specifications say it will. After a few treatments on my back and on my wife's knee with both thought we could sense some pain relief. However, there are two drawbacks: First, the printed directions could be clearer. For example, they suggested a course of therapy for my wife's knee problem of 2 half hour session a day for five days with a day rest. It was unclear to her whether they suggested a rest between days or therapy sessions. This is a minor nit. The other nit is a more important. The built in timer's maximum setting is 20 minutes. Yet the instructions prescribe for my wife's knee and my back 30 minute sessions, which seems to be the most common length suggested in the instruction book. That being the case, it is odd that the timer does not go to 30 minutes, necessitating you to restart the unit after 20 minutes and program in the additional 10 minutes. This seems to be an odd oversight in an otherwise excellent product.

This product is nicely packaged, and had a good charge right out of the box! The TENS feature is not uncomfortable, and I love that you get protective shades for the UV/infrared usage. Kept a charge for a good amount of time, and the Velcro straps were very convenient.
