I has brought this as a gift as they suffered with back pain and they review was it was great helped pain but they wished they could strap it to the bk so they could keep it on all the time

I love this compact massager.It's light weight and easy to use, simply plug it in and press the power button.There are 3 settings for each mode - low medium and high (including the heat) and you can change the direction of the rotation.The pillow is perfect for lower back and easy enough to slide the pillow up to target mid and upper back area.You can turn it upside down to use on the neck too.I found this perfect for my hard to reach area just under my shoulder blades.I would highly recommend this product.It also has a removable front cover/cushion part to reduce the intensity if needed.The heat function adds to the overall massage.I found the vibration setting a little loud but easy enough to shut out and still relax.

I was bought the foot massager for Christmas due to poor circulation in my feet and legs and found it very beneficial, it has Shiatsu massage pads with variable control and heat. I then bought the Back/Neck/Shoulder Massager as I have herniated discs and shoulder surgeries. The Shiatsu settings on this are variable along with the vibration and heat settings, all controlled by a remote. I have found both products to be very good, easy to use, simple instructions and great value. Highly recommended.

It’s ok not as I expected .. you have to sit in the right position and right hight to feel the “ massage “

Having purchased the Snailax foot massager I really did not think anything could beat how relaxing it is, yet so effective. Well the Snailax shiatsu massage pillow has certainly surpassed my expectations and is just as good - if not better - than the foot massager. It takes a bit of getting used to in terms of positioning, but it is incredibly relaxing and soothing. It really feels like someone is kneading your muscles and easing the tension. The different levels of intensity enable you to control how deep or hot you want your massage and it is one of those products that you will want to make time in your busy schedule to sit, relax and enjoy. The only drawback is how fast 30 minutes seem to pass whilst using the massager!

So i've had it for just under a month and it stopped working 😔 it was nice. I was enjoying a massage, watching telly, when all of a sudden it just stopped. Not sure if i would recommend this to anybody since they just break for no obvious reason. Very disappointed
