DO NOT BUY: REMOTE MONITORING HAS FAILED.
Do not buy this product if you plan to monitor your security remotely! When we bought the product, the setup and everything was easy. It worked well. So, we trusted the product and left. The whole idea was to ensure security can be monitored remotely. After we left the country, it worked for about 24 hours but continued to demand a constant reboot. Now, after a total of 15 days, it has completely stopped! At first, it kept saying "wrong password" even though we were typing in the correct password. We checked the password a million times before typing! After doing more research, we found two things: (1) adding a password more than 3 times locks you out, even if it is correct. NO ONE TOLD US THIS & IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE IN THE PRODUCT SETUP RULES! (2) the only way to rectify this problem is by being PHYSICALLY present to reboot the whole system and reconnect our phone on the SAME Wifi. What is the sense in that? The whole idea is REMOTE security. If there is a problem and you are not physically present, how can one rectify it? This is absolutely ridiculous. We reached out to the iWFCam people, and they gave an entirely redundant suggestion! Now, we are at a complete loss. We are unable to monitor remotely. There is no way to reboot/reset the system remotely. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT and the Internet, which we paid for because of the product. Completely frustrated.

Useless product
Need replacement due to purpose of the product is not working. After connect with power supply did connect and cam indicator light also not blinking . also no instruction received with product.
