The product was well packed, DIY was easy and a manual for the same was provided. The support provided by the team was really quick and helpful. The product was exactly the same as shown on the site. The only issue that I faced is that one of the arm rest is a bit loose and it easily rotates even on applying a slight pressure other than that the product is really good and comfortable. The price can be a bit on the lower side. I would recommend this product.

It’s been a month and this chair had ticked all boxes for that I have been expecting from a gaming chair. The chair is overall very well made, the cushion, neck rest, arm support,hinges, wheel rotation, this is by far the best chair I have seen till date. Highly recommended.

This is a review after using it for two months. The build quality, esase of assembly are good. However, it causes lower back pain for me. Unfortunately it is not a comfortable chair. Sitting for long hours causes lower back pain. I tried all possible ways to adjust, but no use. I realize now that I lost the money.
