This brand was recommended to me by a nutritionist I am seeing. I was told to increase my protein intake and these contain 20g of protein per bar. I've tried a few flavors and all have tasted great. I usually don't do well with sugar alternatives but these don't give me any bad side effects. Good quality, great taste and convenient for when you're hungry but don't have time to grab a full meal or when you're on the go. My teen daughter and son think they taste great too! I haven't tested the melt factor as I purchased these during the colder months and hold the bar with the wrapper on.
