After searching for the perfect poolside lounger, I'm so glad I chose this one! The seller was incredibly helpful when my shipping status stalled - they updated it immediately and I received the package the very next day. Despite its large size, everything arrived in perfect condition with no damaged parts. The lounger itself is absolutely fantastic: sturdy frame, smooth wicker weaving, effortless-rolling wheels, and thoughtful design touches like the headrest and armrests. It's clear this was made with quality in mind. I'll definitely be recommending this to all my friends who need durable, comfortable outdoor furniture.

Amazing chairs! Great quality and so comfortable. First chair was a learning curve putting it together but the 2nd was much easier. Great craftsmanship - a must buy!

Assembly was painful. One of the legs was damaged and I was able to form the metal tube back into shape to get the plastic inset back in. I also had to run a tap through one of the holes as the bolt was cross-threading. Many little signs of rust around factory welding/assembly working points. So, regardless of the quality of, (I am assuming,) powdercoat, corrosion will attack the weakest points over time. And that's why I say, "We'll see how long they last."When assembled they do look nice and sturdy - enough for my 225lbs, and then some. Cushions are basic and coverings do not want to be left to the rain or birds and are asking for a treatment of stain/water resistance. Cushions need to be stored everytime when not in use. Chairs are comfy with or without THE cushions, too.To do it all over again, I would have picked up the basic chairs from Costco or Sams.. I feel they may have lasted longer but that's not the issue. Because I feel these should last 10 years and then want to go to the curb. And with weathering, I am sure the Sams and Costco one would get more mileage, but with weathering and use, thats about the life of a one. 'We'll see.The time and process to assemble is what would keep me away. If you don't mind a good puzzle and tinkering for a while, than these are for you. If you are expecting to open the box and quickly enjoy your new chairs - forget it.

I love this wicker lounge chair. It was a high quality chair set. I used the electronic screwdriver to install. Is very easy and make more sturdy . Value for any penny

The instructions are absolutely useless. You have to figure it out for yourself through trial and error. Also, two of the parts that are supposed to screw together, the holes do not line up. I saw a reviewer above mentioned the same thing. One part has the holes bottom top bottom, the part that should connect has the holes top bottom top. Thankfully, my husband is a carpenter and mechanically inclined. We had to buy extra screws and had to drill new holes to make this crazy thing work. After that, the chair was great! Love it! But it’s surprising that this error in workmanship is ongoing. I guess China does not have inspection of products. The time we spent assembling this chair was frustrating.

Broken part that absolutely could not be used. So I reached out and told the mfr. that it was unusable and I needed a new part. No response. None at all.The part that was broken was one of the arms. You need to screw both arms C1 and C2 into the side. One arm was not able to be screwed in. I checked alignment that was fine. So I decided to see if I could use a screw without trying to attach anything; just screw it in. The internal threads are just not right. I took the same screw and screwed it into the another place so no issue with the screw. And I'm not even talking alignment because all i tried to do was put a screw in without attaching anything. All the mfr. had to do was send me one part but no, they don't even respond.I took the C1 arm from the 2nd chair and was able to use it and assemble a chair without issue. So it's the C1. The internal threads are unusable.The assembled chair looks ok. The weave of the rattan is not that great, the pieces you put together seem like the rattan parts go to a different chair, they are in different patterns, but it is covered by cushion.i would not recommend this chair for people of substantial weight.

I'm actually very pleased with these loungers. Took some time and effort to do the assembly. Very comfortable and nice look. I like that they have arms and the wheels on the back make them easy to move around. The cushions that come with are very comfortable and quite water resistant... plus dry very quickly when they do get wet. All in all I think these were an excellent buy and well priced.
