Q: I live in a warm climate and am usually in tanks. the brace i currently have rubs against my arms anytime i lean forward. does this brace do this?

I don't live in a warm climate but this brace is comfortable. If it rubs against your arms suggest you find something similar to a child's seatbelt cover or wrap soft material around the belt where it rubs

Q: Are the straps that pull your shoulders back elastic/streachy or ridgid actually pulling and holding your shoulders back?
