I love that it contains both prebiotics and probiotics for gut health.The capsules are easy to swallow and contain what seems to be quality ingredients. There is no flavor, scent or taste observed.While this product seems pricey, the bottle contains a 2 month supply.I take probiotics consistently for the best benefit possible.
