Not normally my thing!I read it to find out more and expand my knowledge.I started reading and could not put it down.The subject is empowering and helps the reader to learn a new technique.I enjoyed it so much I have started to do it for ME, and me only, (at the moment.The subject has an immense potential and anyone with a little thought could start their own Classes.I have read lots of Leyla's books and once again she delivers.I look forward to reading the next ones.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An easy-to-read guide introducing the topic of kundalini awakening. It's something I'd heard about but never explored until I stumbled across this book. The author's writing style is gentle, clear, and consistent. She seems to take great care to cover the topic thoroughly and in doing so is a bit repetitive in places. I found her references to ancient wisdom and mystical journey very interesting. Overall, I feel this book is probably an excellent guide for anyone new to the topic and keen to dive in.

I found Layla Moon's Kundalini Awakening a wonderful book on introducing the subject which is new to me. I enjoyed the writing style and the simplicity of the information, which made it easy to follow and understand. I would say by reading this book, my eyes have been opened to the possibilities contained within the pages, but until I put it into practice, My Third Eye is not yet.

Despite having read a bit about Kundalini, my knowledge on the subject remains limited, and it often feels perplexing. However, this book has been a welcome guide in clearing the uncertainty surrounding Kundalini. As someone eager to enhance my skills and achieve higher consciousness, this guide has proven invaluable in my pursuit of that goal. The author's style, deep respect for the topic, and clear writing have significantly clarified my journey.
