1418C Water Container with Cap and Tap, Transparent, 25 Litre

The tap assembly was sellotaped onto handle. I fill Ed with water and it was leaking from around the threaded area, when checked there wasn’t any form of rubber or fibre washer to act as seal. Sorted through my bits and pieces at home and in the garage after having first check the vast amount of wasteful packaging an found a rubber washer that is working but not the correct fit. Going away on Thursday and need this down my paddocks for the person feeding my livestock so not really enough time to send back for replacement. Annoyed and disappointed.

Good size. Probably max weight to carry. Leaks from the vent on top until water is dispensed.

Cheap container leaks from air valve as no seal on the cap , leaks from dispenser .. wasn’t what I would call cheap had better quality water containers from shops the 5 litres ones with mineral water.Garbage save your money , can’t be bothered with sending it back as large item ..

good strong container. The plastic is very thick and the tap is good but needs to be put on tight as there was a leak.

As others have mentioned, quality control is lacking on this product. Even being forewarned and carefully trimming the flashings around the neck of the tap orrifice, it still weeps liquid from around the threaded area. The gasket provided is very flat and falls out of the tap fitting easily, so I'm not sure if it is properly seated when screwing the tap into place. There are probably better containers out there. Sealing would be one of the primary product requirents, you would think. Manufacturer take note.

Sturdy container, perfect for filling my motor an. Don’t use the tap but looks like it will do the job. Comes with a breather hole and screw cap if you need to lay it down with the tap at the bottom. Should last a long time. Pretty heavy when full, about 55lbs/25kg, so you may need to think about a trolly if you need to carry if far.
