Bought this for my daughter last September for school.It has lasted all year and no problems still! Just general wear and tear.

Looked great, but zip broke in 1st week
My daughter loved the bag, bought for starting her new school year. Bag was given to her on her birthday 5th September. Started school on the 6th and the zip broke in the 1st week.Return window closed the week before, as bag was bought over the summer holidays, so bag is now ready for the bin. Was used 2 days only. Not happy with the product, although it looked great. I wasted my money. :(

Great design and colour and the size is pretty large for the price. The quality was ok but started ranging after 2 weeks. Was comfortable and waterproof a little l. The pockets were large and could fit many items in there with ease.the zip has a bit off resistance to zip

Disappointing lasted less than a month
The bag arrived nice and quickly and my daughter was excited to get her school stuff ready. I had to feed the straps through the little buckle initially but then it was good to go.Within the first week, I'd had to rethread the straps back through the buckles multiple times as they'd worked themselves loose with her wearing the bag. They worked themselves so lose they came completely out meaning the bag fell off her shoulder.Week two, one of the zips broke on the main compartment of the bag. Annoying, but she could still zip it up with the other.Week three, she was telling me that she wishes she chose another bag, yet another zip broken, endless rethreads of the shoulder straps and a clasp that will not stay closed.Very disappointing to buy a bag and have to replace it less than a month later. Very poor quality in my opinion.

Good size, but poor quality
It's a good size bag, but that'sall. Very poor quality, zips are very thin and flimsy, and it looks really cheap. My daughter really tried to like it, but after a month she just asked for a new one. Very disappointed.
