I bought this because of the enhanced protection for the connector. It is robust and will not kink. It sells at a reasonable price.

I can confirm 100W maximum power delivery via the 1.5M NOMAD USB-C to USB-C cable and my 2023 14" MacBook Pro. This cable is much more durable than any other I own, and features an interwoven Kevlar outer sheath that is both protective and flexible. A lot of cable failures occur at the point where the plug end and cable are attached, and the NOMAD design features an 1" long reinforcement at each end of the cable which greatly increases the strength and lifespan of the connection. This cable is double braided, which slightly increases the thickness vs other cables, but with the benefit of increased durability, which is an important consideration.If you're looking for a USB-C cable for casual use, there are less-durable options at a lower price, but if you're a demanding user of USB-C cables, or travel frequently with your gear such as for photography or videography, this Kevlar cable from NOMAD is a solid choice for extreme reliability. I think the NOMAD team did a great job covering all the important design considerations when creating this cable. I'm pleased with the performance and durability. Easy five stars!
