This stuff REALLY works
We had a leak where the tile met our tub base. Could not stop it from leaking with everything we tried. Saw this stuff on amazon and figured why not give it a try. It really did coat everything with a waterproof layer!!!!!!! It is AMAZING. No joke, we are back to getting showers with no leaking at all. The paint on process was pretty easy. Dried a lot quicker when we had a fan blowing . Follow the steps and watch the waterproofing do its thing

Better than flexseal
This stuff sealed my VERY old roof and kept the leak from causing more damage. Saved me a TON of money. Works great and crystal clear once dry.

Great Chicken Coop Floor Sealer
I have used this on my Chicken coop floor. The floor is painted OSB but I wanted more protection from moisture and to seal all crevasses in the OSB. The floor is 7'6" X 7'6" and it took 1. 32 gal to fully cover. The second coat took half that amount and the third even less. I used the left over to coat all the flat surfaces and ramp going into the coop. So far so good. I spilled a can of white paint on it. the paint pooled and I was able to get most of it back into the can. What I didn't get up I spread over the area and after drying it actually stuck to the coated surface so it appears you can paint over it. The best part is the seem where the two sheet of OSB met was filled with the coating and created a flexible seam that is waterproof.

Interesting to use if I could just open the can! Good stuff and time will tell!
The weather was finally cooperative for me to use this Waterproofing Agent. I needed to seal a small leak inside my attic around a roof dormer that leaked during heavy rainstorms. There was no water dripping, just evidence of one or two wet 2x4s.I had real trouble opening the can. I resorted to grabbing the rings on the seal with needle-nosed pliers and rolling the seal off around the nose of the pliers. I suggest that you just do that and save yourself some frustration. I did not see any instructions stating to shake the contents well. The labeling did include some detailed instructions as well as several tips for better results. Interestingly, it stated to exceed the drip area by a margin wide enough to ensure any water could not get underneath the sealant edges.I used a synthetic brush to apply the product. The instructions stated to apply several coats in different directions. It was like painting with aloe vera gel. It wasn’t greasy but it was thick and I had second thoughts as to whether I should have used a roller. There was enough ‘play’ time with the product as I did not experience it drying too fast. I waited 24 hours applied the sealant again and repeated the application twice more. It hasn’t rained yet but the repair is adhering well so far. Of course, I need to get on the roof to determine the source of the wet beam in the attic where the dormer is attached. This should be an adequate temporary fix until the roofers get to work up there.I covered the contents of the large container with a layer of plastic wrap before applying the cover. I just didn’t want to have any more trouble opening the container. Rating 4 stars until further assessment.

Do not let this freeze.
It was a waste of 50 dollars for me. It kind of works, will form a seal. But it is definitely was not the right choice for me in sealing joints w/polycarbonate greenhouse sheeting. It has the consistency of clear jello. Special precautions would be wise to carefully contain exactly where you want it to lay down and stay. The biggest problem for me....... It is absolutely unforgiving with temperature. I put the bucket outside by the greenhouse with some other items I was using at the time for a couple days. It got below freezing. Came back, the product was worthless..... curdled up like milk that has gone bad, water and a bunch of pieces of what felt like clear rubber. Fifty bucks into the garbage can.
