I was quite disappointed with this supplement as I usually have great experiences with this brand. The research on glucosamine is inconclusive, but I have used glucosamine (and chondroitin) supplements in the past and have noticed an improvement in stiffness and pain. I have been taking these for a week, and notice I have more pain and stiffness after using these compared to my previous supplement. I checked, and the dosage of glucosamine is only 160 mg/serving, which is much lower than the dosage used in studies. Additionally, there is no chondroitin, not docking due to this, just stating a fact. So, I am unsure if this ineffectiveness, for me at least, is due to the low dose or lack of chondroitin.

I have been working out every day for years and my joints feel it so I started taking these gummies. Like the taste and that they are gummies!

I love the taste of these Joint Revive Gummies. As a heavy lifter, keeping my joints in good health are very important to me. This is a great option.

I usually rave about EPN products. This one falls short. The amount of glucosamine is minimal compared to the typical dose of 1500 mg. I probably should rate this joint supplement at 3 stars. The taste is good, and it can curb a sweet tooth, at least mine.
