Looks, fits real good
Awesome. Fits like a glove looks stock. Need to remove some of the supporting webs to fit your 1/2 ply or composite flooring. I used a Dremel multitool. Took 15 min.

Not for cargo vans!
Ok, I subtracted a star because the advert didnt mention the plate is only for passenger vans, not cargo vans. I returned it. The quality is fine but the holes and floor and situation in the van dont permit these to be used and I dont see a way that this plate can be adapted without major modification to the floor. Cargo van owners are stuck with the smaller OEM plate.
