Excellent Product & Immediate Support
We bought 4 locks for our villa hotel in Pondicherry, and installed them. Mr. Ayush from their support team was excellent and helped us immediately with technical assistance via video call and rectified all issues and assisted us at no extra charge without having to visit any service centre. They know their product extremely well and the product is also very very easy to set up and register RFID cards and has a mobile app as well with which we can give bluetooth access to employees or customers to lock and unlock the lock and also register more RFID cards without a computer or terminal, straight from the app! Excellent product, excellent team!

Wasted money
I purchased 3 locks, one has not worked on the day one, I was asked to send for service that also has bocome waste of service freight, other two one by one failed to work even after new battery replacement. Unfortunately the hard key, called mastet key also not working. So don't waste your hard earned money on Lavns smart locks
