Amazing kimchi. Simply stellar. Fresh, flavorful and just perfect. If you like store bought kimchi you're gonna absolutely flippit over this custom kimchi. And I mean that whole heartedly. It's really ephfing good. Gut health : Check. Heat level: Check. Even though we're close to San Francisco, we get our kimchi from New Jersey!

The Kimchi Trio Sampler consisting of Sliced Cabbage, Diced Radish, and White Mild, is a trio of delight. It also landed on my doorstep way quicker than expected, complete with an ice pack to keep everything cool.Now, let's talk favorites. The Diced Radish definitely stole the show for me. It was crunchy, tasty, and packed just the right amount of flavor.The other two weren't far behind. The Sliced Cabbage brought that spicy, sour kick we all love about traditional kimchi, while the White Mild was this lovely, well, mild surprise. It's not your typical kimchi, but it's got its own charm.All three were super flavorful and fresh, which is saying something for a fermented food! I also appreciate that all three items are without MSG, just all-natural goodness. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to spice up their meals.
