The size is not correct. 11 1/2" X 12". I had to cut and bent the 12" side in order for it to fit. It does cost less that others so I probably should not complain.

Described as fitting a 12" drain basin. I'm not sure WHICH drain basin it fits, but it did not fit my standard NDS 12" drain basin. Too bad. It's half the price of the NDS unit and seems just as well made. Just a bit too large.

I needed a grate for an area in my lawn where the water utility box is that is submerged but needs to be accessible. I wanted a clean look that wanted a clean look that was strong and this product fit the bill. It is very heavy and commercial grade. Worked perfect for my need.
