Works well for raising catch basins.
Worked well for raising several catch basins that had over time become low as the grass grew around it. One of the best features is that the riser can be cut to fit the existing catch basin.

This fits well and is plenty sturdy. It attaches to the basin with stainless screws, just like the original cover does. It does the job and was just the right height for my needs. I recommend the filter too, which you can also find on Amazon.

It is not flimsy, but not that strong
The box curves a little in the middle of 4 edges. The cap should fit well, but here it appears to be a bit loose. I would still buy it again all things considered.

Worked perfectly for my drainage project. I was able to scoop up a used one at a discount and it worked perfectly.

Quality and perfect fit
It was a perfect fit with the basin I had installed years ago and very bit as sturdy. It comes with screw holes, but no screws. I chose to add sealant between the riser and the original basin but there is not as much flat surface contact between the riser and the basin as I expected. All in all though, it was exactly what I needed. A sturdy solution to the problem of a basin that was just too low.
