Rubber rings on drain for filter

Item as described, can't beat OEM, especially under warranty as it's a new 2024 Toyota 4Runner. You just need the canister tool to get the housing off. Always change the o-rings, lube with engine oil, and do not use gorilla strength to reinstall the housing.

Great product, fast shipping

After the oil change place I was going to lost 2 bolts from the skid plate that has to come off of my Toyota FJ to get to the filter and then used a cheap filter instead of the one they said they use, and didn't change the compression washer that is required every time the oil plug comes off, I decided that it was time I go back to changing my own oil. These are the best filters for the money and better than many of the higher priced filters. (Check out some of the oil filter tests done on youtube.) I use these filters and Mobile1 Full synthetic motor oil from Walmart ($4.79 per Qt) in a 5 Qt. jug. The whole oil change costs me less than $35 bucks compared to $86 they used to charge me for pennzoil synthetic and a paper oil filter. That's $50 in my pocket every time I change the oil and I know it's done right.
