Great for the Memory Impaired
This turned out to be perfect for my 98 year old Dad, who trouble with all but the most simple devices.

At10 remote control
BUYER BEWARE!!! this is a piece of junk- The only thing it would do is cut the TV on or off on one brand. The other brand said an error occurred and would not work. Because of not getting set up in time I am out of $40.00. The instructions are missing anyone to contact for help. Not worth half of what they cost. Amazon should remove this product it is a scam.

Easy to use for Elderly
The large buttons, and few buttons, makes this a great choice for an elderly person. Was easy to set up.

delayed commands
I bought a new samsung tv for an elderly friend when her old tv was going out. The new tv remote buttons were small and close together and she was struggling with how to use them so I got this remote to make it easy for her. In general I like it. It's simple to see and understand what is what. I thought i was going to have to program it but it worked with the samsung tv right out of the box so I don't have any feedback on the programming process. What I am not liking is that when you press the volume buttons or the channel buttons the command is very delayed. I have gotten used to remote button pressing having a quick response and so when I was testing this remote and it didn't occur rapidly I was thinking the remote was messing up or I needed to press the buttons harder but eventually I realized that I needed to have some patience with this. It's possible that the makers intentionally make the commands slower for a slower demographic which makes sense but if you have a situation where the show you were watching had low volume so you turn it up and then a commercial comes on with high volume, you can't rapidly drop the volume with this remote. In the same fashion since there are no numbers on the remote(which is a positive and a negative), if you want to get to a certain channel you have to hold down the channel up or down and it slowly goes channel to channel so it may take a while to get to the channel you want. It doesn't come with batteries which in general isn't a big deal but we have gotten spoiled with the remotes for almost every electronic device we buy including batteries and it never fails that we don't have the right batteries when we need them.

have to return does not work with cable provider
Returning doesn’t work with cable company. It would sink to the TV, but not to the cable. TV provider would’ve been nice if it did because the big buttons are great. And that it doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary buttons. If you just want it for a TV changer, and you do not have a cable provider. It will work perfect with the TVs listed.

a simple easy to use replacement
I bought this for my mom with dementia, it was easier for her to operate than a remote with dozens of buttons. Setup was simple and quick..

Didn't work with cable box
Would successfully pair with a TV, but not with the Spectrum cable box (Amazon page says it controls cable boxes also, but package instructions don't mention cable boxes). Then tried the "manual" pairing technique in the very-difficult-to-understand instructions, could get it to control TV power, cable channel up/down, and volume up, but pushing volume down just turned off the TV. No support phone number or web page listed in instructions.Bottom line: I guess OK if you just want to control a TV, but not usable with a cable box.

Perfect for Senior Users
This was purchased for my mother who was getting confused by all the buttons on the cable and tv remotes. This remote is easy for her to use, containing only the options she requires. It has saved her much confusion and frustration while providing easy access to her favorite shows.
