Convenient and Effective for Digestive Health and Immunity Boost!
I've been using this product for a month, and I really noticed some positive changes. It seems to have significantly helped with my digestive health. Taking one packet every morning is super convenient, and it’s easy to make it a part of my daily routine. Plus, the yogurt flavor makes it enjoyable to consume without any reluctance. At first, I didn’t feel much difference, but by the second week, I could tell my stomach felt more settled, and my bowel movements became more regular. After taking it consistently, I also feel like my immune system got a boost. Even during the seasonal change, I haven’t caught any colds or felt run down, which makes me want to keep taking it long-term.I also liked that it combines probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics. The variety of nutrients in one packet is a big plus, and it feels effective with just one a day. Compared to other products, this one has an impressive ingredient profile, and being made in South Korea adds an extra level of trust for me. If you’re looking for support with digestive health, I’d highly recommend this product!

Mild Flavor Mixed with Water
I’m not entirely sure what this supposed to do other than I believe it is supposed to help improve the gut microbiome. You get little individual packets of the post biotic powder. I have been mixing it with water and drinking it. The flavor is very mild, almost no existent, with maybe a hint of a yogurt flavor. It mixes well and is easy to drink, but I haven’t noticed any changes in my gut. Maybe it takes more time.

Nice
Well-packaged. Easy to add to any beverage. Flavor is mild in most drinks, though I really enjoyed the effect it had on orange soda (makes it creamsicle-flavored). Worthwhile way to get additional postbiotics in the diet! They're not sold expired, btw, there's just always someone who confuses the manufacturing date with the expiration date.

3.5 stars: entirely in Korean, had to find a translation online
I taking probiotics regularly and was excited to try this Korean "postbiotic." I expected a sticker with an English translation but alas, the box was entirely in Korean. After extensive online digging, I found an English translation. The box contains 30 packs with powder, with each one being 2 grams in size. The instructions say to take with water (although not specified how much water) or on its own. I ended up mixing it with a bottle of water. It mixed pretty well - there was some sediment at first but it ended up dissolving shortly after. The powder smells like yogurt. The taste is pretty good - like a watery milky yogurt. I am however, a bit disappointed in the ingredients. I've never encountered a probiotic that contains maltodextrin or soybean or a "synthetic flavoring" of yogurt scent powder.I'm giving this product 3.5 stars because I do like the taste of it. I'm just not sure about everything else.

Label is Entirely in Korean, I'm Comfortable Enough to Try it, but Have Reservations
I'm intrigued by just about anything Korean, saw that this had the HAACP Korean food safety sea and thought that this would be great to bring on a cruise to keep my gut biome stable. But first I always evaluate product safety for my own benefit, looking at a product's Transparency, accountability, and quality.Product Transparency: Starting with the label, I can't get past the fact that it's entirely in Korean. I know the translation is on Amazon, but This box is entirely in Korean Hangul lettering, excepting the cursive word "postbiotics" and the name BOTO. I'm pretty sure the FDA requires that, "If a foreign language is used anywhere on the label, all required label statements must appear both in English and in the foreign language." So the language is a big road block to transparency. I did find this product at the "Korean Amazon" called "Coupang", where it had positive reviews.Manufacturer (Distributor?) Transparency: Per one site, BOTO is a producer of Korean Foods/Supplements. At Botosuperfood by GoBizKorea they provide a timeline of the BOTO company, which they claim started in 2014. In 2017 they also claim they were added to Costco Korea, and then in 2019 they were selected as a “Brand K” or representative brand of Korea. This product is a bit mysterious because on the product description it says "Rawel Daily Probiotic Prebiotic Lactobacillus Deriver from Breast Milk" which references a different product which used to be sold on Amazon and which looks *very* similar in package design.Accountability: The product appears to have a Korean HAACP logo (in Korean), which suggests that it’s met the requirements of the Korean Hazard Analysis critical Control Point System. It’s a requirement of their “MInistry of Food and Drug Safety”, which works to keep Food Supplements safe. Hopefully that would involve Good Manufacturing practices and lab testing, but I don't know. Despite the claims of the BOTO timeline, I do not see the "Brand K Made in Korea" badge anywhere on this package.Quality: Taken as a powder, it tastes good with a mild sweet (a hint of caramel?) flavor. This consists of 30, two gram packets which each contain probiotics/postbiotics (?) (and other good stuff). The main five are Lactobacillus Reuteri LM1017 (derived from Breast Milk), Lactobacillus planterum, Lactococcus Lactus, Bifido Bacterium Subsp. lactus, and Lactobacillus Fermentum. I could study for a month and not understand why different things are in here. For example, Maltodextrin. Said to be high glycemic (but this is a tiny dose), said to alter the gut biome negatively, also said to be a prebiotic that works with L. Planterum. So I'm gonna trust they made good choices here.Note that the Nutrition Facts (in English on Amazon) are for the *entire box*, not just for a single serving package. So it tastes good and I tend to be a little more trusting of Products that hail from Korea, but the lack of transparency due to only having Korean labeling is a significant issue for me. Hopefully English packaging will be coming soon. Two stars because it taste's good taken as a powder, is easy to transport and I like the idea despite my skepticism.
