I have been taking these pills for a week. I prefer to take 5 of them on an empty stomach in the morning once a day. Some people said it gave them diarrhea, but it doesn't affect me at all. I notice I have more energy, acne has improved, my pores have gotten smaller on my face, etc..I will decrease the dosage after a month as all continues to go well.

中学の頃から頭皮のフケに悩み、40才過ぎた頃から顔も皮膚が剥がれるようになってしまった。背中や胸もニキビのような炎症。フケや顔の皮膚（Tゾーンや口周り）の剥がれから乾燥肌かと思い、美容液や乳液で一時しのぎの日々。脂漏性皮膚炎かもとシャンプーや洗顔フォームをオイルが入ってないものに変えて少し良くなったかな？というくらいで効果は薄かった。パントテン酸を12月23日に注文。年末年始を挟んだためか2週間くらいかかって届いたが、飲んで2、3日で風呂上がりいつも剥がれていた顔の皮膚は全然剥がれて来なくなった。大きな一錠だが、カッターで半分にして朝1/2錠、夜1/2錠という感じで1日に1000mgを飲んでます。最初は1日に4g飲むほうが良いと言うことだが、私は1日1gで十分効果が表れました。効果が出ない場合は、乳酸菌と一緒に飲むなどしてもいいかもしれません。もう少し安いと助かりますが、タイムリリースというのもあってこちらにしました。今後、安いタイムリリースじゃないものも試してみようと思います。

普通の錠剤なら9粒くらいは一気に飲めるタイプですが、コレは飲める気がしないので前歯で割って分けて飲んでます。割ると角が立つので、また飲みにくいですが頑張ります。

Didn’t seem to clear up my face the way the other pantothenic acid I usually take does… but could be something else completely unrelated to this vitamin altogether.
