I have been taking these pills for a week. I prefer to take 5 of them on an empty stomach in the morning once a day. Some people said it gave them diarrhea, but it doesn't affect me at all. I notice I have more energy, acne has improved, my pores have gotten smaller on my face, etc..I will decrease the dosage after a month as all continues to go well.

Large pills bit my teen doesn't seem to mind. Purchased to try for some pretty intense acne. Started to see results within a week.

Didn’t seem to clear up my face the way the other pantothenic acid I usually take does… but could be something else completely unrelated to this vitamin altogether.

Have used almost half of the product (myself & my daughter.) Just went to take another caplet and noticed a dark spot on one side. Thinking it was just a smudge, I tried rubbing it. No success removing it. I used a serrated knife to scrape it and the second picture shows what scraped into the bottom of the sink. The second picture is a chunk of who knows, what??? Shows how deep I had to scrape to get a clean surface. Can’t seem to contact the company. I figured I owed them a first pass at an explanation. Makes me skeptical abt their quality control! Where is this supplement produced??? I would appreciate a response.
