Long overdue cleaning. The product worked well. Easy paper carton to pour liquid into water container. Coffee tasted better after using.

Their claims are mostly true and this works well as a descaler. It works fine but it's definitely not miraculous (nothing really is). It got rid of a lot of the stains but not everything. It certainly doesn't make things as shiny as advertised, but still pretty good. I really wish this wasn't as expensive as it is for only 4 uses. And I really wish they explained what the cleaning tablets actually did. It only explained how to use it and not what it does and how it differs from the descaling solution.

The instructions on how to use the product is very clear and easy to use and does not leave an aftertaste. Cost-effectivelyCleaned my machine, easily and quickly. There is more product to use in the future and can be easily stored.
