An elegant no fuss watch for when you just want to know what the time is. Stylish and simple. Keeps the time almost perfectly, as you woulf expect from a Swiss made watch. Overall a classic timepiece.

This is a reliable and 'classic' watch, with a very functional air about it. The watch face is very clear and the strap is very sturdy. I have had it for a while now and it keeps excellent time. Highly recommended.

The watch is beautiful, light and stylish. Ticking rather than a stylish action. Quite slim and dainty. Perfect everyday watch for women. I've posted it with a picture of everyday men's watch as a size comparison so you can see what I'm talking about. Its main unique selling point is that it looks expensive. It looks swiss, it looks like its a quality timepiece. Shown and compared to my friends and their partners and they all thought it was beautiful.

This is a really smart watch, with a neat, classic design, and an understated design with an attention to quality, but nothing unnecessarily showy or ostentatious. I realise that it's neither a dainty expensive thing of precious metals, a smart-watch or a chunk sports watch, but there's an elegance to the design that appeals to me.As importantly, it seems like the design takes into account some of the impact on the world, and that's something I endorse 100%. We need more design-led solutions to manufacturing problems. All in all, I'd recommend this, and my wife loves it too.

A really simple but attractive watch. Ostensibly for ladies but it doesn't look too odd on my (admittedly quite thin) wrist. It looks a little bit like one of those fit-bit gadgets but you'll have to count your steps yourself in your head. The silicon strap is much more comfortable than its outmoded leather counterpart and shouldn't sweat up your wrist in the summer months. All in all, tip-top

The Mondaine watch is a real pleasure. The rubber strap is very comfortable and the watch is nice and light. I can't comment on battery life as it's still using the original battery. I wear this as an everyday watch, so it gets everything from housework to gardening and it still looks like new with a quick wipe over. The main reason I like this watch is the lovely clear dial and hands, it has a great contrast so it's very easy to tell the time and a quick glance. It has a classic look that Mondaine seem to do really well and their range really stand out against others. Highly recommended for an everyday watch, I would say that it's a little large for any 'dress up' occasions but that will depend on you personally.

The media could not be loaded. This is very nice.The watch face is tiny. "For Women". The 5 pence coin is for scale.I'm a man with a thin wrist; this actually looks fine on me.I love the style of the Official Swiss Railways Watch. I think it's the most easy-to-read analogue display that there is.The packaging is very minimal. It comes in a small cardboard envelope (not even a box!) (I thought it was a book or something before I opened the parcel.)

My wife is a big fan of Mondaine watches. She's had a previous watch but unfortunately smashed when she had a nasty fall. So she was very happy when I ordered this.The clock face is the usual thick black lines for the hours and smaller ones for the minutes. It is very stylish as well as being modern. It is also a nice small size for my wife's wrist. The rubber strap looks OK but it you are looking for a more expensive look, you should definitely go for leather.My wife was a bit disappointed in the packaging - it came in a cardboard pocket and the watch comes in a plastic bag. Her previous watch came in a lovely box, which she has kept.
