Horrible
From the minute, we opened it my son regretted getting it because it was so cheap and awkward. I told him I could send it back and he said he would try it out. He used it a couple times and then just toss it in his closet, and by the time, I realize it was too late to return it. We would not order this again. It’s not dirty enough even though it feels like it is. The phone would not stay where he wanted it it kept leaning. Would not buy this ever again.

Wobbly
My husband bought this for me to do my Beauty bag reviews on YouTube. He thought having a different angle rather than the camera facing me, having it face outward would be better. It was difficult to attach to the table I use, and every time I moved even slightly, the thing wiggled, and wobbled all over the place.I requested a return, and dropped it off, but my refund is still pending....

Great for viewing comfort while lying in bed
I ordered the gooseneck phone holder so I could clamp it onto my temporary cot and watch my YouTube videos on my phone without holding it. While that may sound lazy, this really helps keep my arms warm under the covers during this winter spell.There wasn't any instruction with the product but I was able to quickly install it. It sits securely clamped onto my cot frame. The claw clip with rubber grippers fits my larger than average phone that has a case with ring clip on it. I had to learn to be gentle when tapping my phone using this because the gooseneck will cause your phone to sway if you tap or swipe hard. The gooseneck wire itself seems very robust and I don't anticipate it to fail anytime soon. The ball and socket joint of the clip can angle the phone towards any direction for viewing.I'm more than pleased with this device as I can rest more easily while lounging in bed.I'm happily giving this product five stars.

When you touch the cell phone it vibrates
You can't stretch it all the way because then it won't hold the phone, and even when you touch it it really shakes

Broke first day
The part to screw, (lil black round piece to connect the phone holder to the neck) cracked on the very first day. I do NOT recommend this product.

Nice foldable phone stand
This is used on airplane trips where you don't want to hold your phone. The stand does a good job of collapsing to a small space to make it easy for traveling, but it also does a great job holding it's shape when you unfold it.

Cheap Materials
Clamp will not tighten enough to hold to table. I feel like it will break it I tighten it anymore. Will not hold weight of phone, goes limp when weight of phone is applied. Spend the extra $6 and get theLamicall Gooseneck Phone Holder. Much better quality for the extra cost.
