Take before bed time
Great price, they are a little bigger then normal pills so some may find it harder to swallow a bit. Also recommend taking at night, so that you will not have a fish taste if you were to burp them up whileyou were awake

Good stuff.
I take this because I have skin problems... I've noticed that they get a little better when I drink plenty of water regularly and take these. Don't buy in stores as it is cost prohibitive. This was a very very good price and I am happy.
