Well worth the money
As a Sports Therapist I’m fixing bad backs all day but struggled to get my own fixed so I decided to get this massage chair, the quality is excellent and the motors are quiet.Make sure you read the instructions carefully as sometimes things get lost in translation, start on the softest setting then work up to the more intense massages and you will love it.

Great chair
I have had this chair for a couple of months now and have used it a few times a week. I found that I had to start off on the lowest massage and pressure settings, but have moved up to mid way now. I spent a couple of weeks finding the massage program that I liked the best, as well as playing with the manual settings. Now I have that sorted it is great. I highly recommend this chair and would buy again.

Instruction manual and contact details for manufacturers
I ordered this chair for my husband. I had researched many chairs, and thought this one was the most value for money. It came in a timely manor, and looked good. However the instruction manual was not very clear and we were unable to determine where the connections were located for the arm and shoulders. We were very disappointed that there was no phone number for the manufactures to enquire about it. when I contacted Amazon the only solution they could suggest was to return the product to them as part of it was not working. Which seemed a bit ridiculas, there was no info on line to assist us. So reluctantly I have instigated a return
