It great... Best in this budget range. I normally sweat a lot so it's a no no for me if it's gonna wash away with my sweat or get wipe away along with my sweat .... I was sceptical in getting this, esp given the price. But I was in for a happy surprise. I have been using it constantly, esp for my classical dance classes. And it stays... through the day... through the sweat and rain. Dab your sweat away otherwise the eyeliner will be removed, of course with all the sweat and oil on the face. However, even if you press a bit and wipe the pigment will fade not smudge . It's better than other eyeliners in this budget. I will definitely buy again. It's a must try. It's easy to remove as well with a micellar water, or coconut oil or any other make up remover...

Loved this eyeliner, being a beginner I feel uncomfortable with liquid liners but this one is just amazing. Its very easy in usage, the color is also very dark matte black. It is long-lasting also. Application is very smooth. Overall I like this product as it is very handy for me. Easy to remove and water resistant. A must-have for anyone seeking a reliable and high-quality eyeliner in such an affordable price.

I've been using the Pilgrim Black Scandal Eyeliner Pencil and it's a winner! The intense matte finish looks great, it's smudge-proof, and I love that it's enriched with argan oil. Perfect for my sensitive eyes and affordable too! It's definitely a new favorite of mine!
