I want to firstly clarify this is not a paid review just a very happy customer. At this price point this is a very good choice for a polisher, its well built, carefully designed, the battery lasts a good while and two comes in the pack which is very convenient. I had a small issue but after speaking with thier customer support this was resolved swiftly and in a very proffessional manner. There is a lot other extras that come in the box and plently of pads to choose from. Getting up and running is very simple, I managed to correct the cars paintwork very well using this tool and highly recommend it.

Great little machine. For the person who said it stops when applying pressure send it back as it must be faulty. Mine is working great.

Purchased as my car had a patch of clear coat that was peeling and I would need to blend the paint edge and feather the edge of the clear coat. Using a 25mm head with wet and dry sand paper it did a brilliant job on one battery. I had to do the job twice due to trouble matching the paint. I also intend to resurface the headlights as the lenses are looking a lit foggy. It also came in handy for a job not related to cars, my wife bought a large glass jar with an air tight lid but when we got home she noticed the lid had a few chips in it, I sanded and cleaned up the lid and gave the edge a polish all with this tool, it would have taken much longer by hand. The tool being light with little vibration makes it easy to use for extended periods without getting a sore wrist. The accessories that come with the kit are great for panel work but being an m10 thread means it's easy to find a variety of different heads that will fit. I'm very impressed with the tool and having used it for a few months I haven't had any problems with it.

Took my time in choosing a machine, first time user so really unsure what would work. Settled with the Batoca machines but S2 or S4? Went for the S4 thinking it was the top cordless machine, paid the extra for that fact. I was really impressed with the machine, it’s case presentation the whole kit looked great. Used it for the first time yesterday and it ran really well for 10 minuets till the first battery run out of charge. I was a little surprised at this as I had charged them both till the light went green. No problem put the second fully charged battery in. Again ran well for 15-20 minutes till I ran out of charge again. That was ok too as I had put the first battery on charge so thought it might be ready to use - no chance wasn’t charged. Not sure is it’s me or the batteries or what but only getting one panel at a time from the charge. Probably should have saved my money and got the S2, bigger, better batteries - or so it’s claimed.

The slightest pressure and the Batoca S4 stalls out.I purchased the Batoca S4 after seeing Batoca statements and videos of how good this mini orbital/DA was. Also, I saw some YouTube influencers claiming how good it was.I may have received a faulty unit, I'm just not sure?I purchased this in good faith and relied on Batoca claims. I ordered on Prime for next day delivery as I urgently needed this to finish an important detailing job. I had intended to do a review and video of how good the Batoca S4 was, plus finish the time critical job, but the Batoca S4 just did not have enough power to do the job.The YouTube videos made the Batoca S4 look great and showed that it had plenty of power and that it did not stall out. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me, it continually stalled out on every setting, and with the slightest of pressure.I really wanted to like the Batoca S4 and give a good review of the product, but unfortunately I was unable to even try the Batoca S4 to leave a review and video.I have tried to contact the seller on their Web page, via Facebook, but they have not replied, so I have had no choice but to leave this review. I wanted to ask if Batoca had assessed the unit I returned, and to see what their findings were. I wanted them to have a chance to explain the fault and rectify if possible.I am sorry to have had to leave this review Batoca, but I could not get an answer or resolution.I had put my trust in the Batoca S4 and Batoca, but my trust was was broken as I ended up without a car for two days due to the failure of the Batoca S4. I was also unable to complete some work on another person's car that day.

This is an excellent product, and really good value. Comes with a comprehensive kit of accessories, including the option to use as DA and just rotational. Supplied pads aren't the best so order some decent ones, but apart from that, this is a first class machine for the amateur user.

Battery not good only lasted 30 minutes from full charge.

Dont think your buying rubbish with this bit of kit.I tried and tested this at one of the UK's leading car care shows this year 2024. waxstock, and was absolutely blown away with the power driven and results left.Phenomenal battery life and can even upgrade to the bigger battery from the other batoca larger machine for extra time.So much functionality within this tiny machine being a force rotation to a dual action within a click of the collar.The contents of this kit will blow you away, dual action heads forced rotation heads, polishing heads foam and wool, sanding pad attachments foam detailing spindles the list goes on.The final finish this leaves once used is comparable to the finish and shine left by bigger more expensive machines.You don't need to go there I promise you.This will make you happy. 👍🏻💯
