The taste and smell isn’t for everyone but it’s herbs so not all will smell sweet you just have to get use to it. The benefits are well worth it ! Isn’t that the point anyway?! You can always do what I do sometimes and that’s mix it with my matcha and organic honey or almond vanilla milk . Just get it! It’s great for us women and our bodies. Thank me later!

I picked this tea up, hopeful it would help relieve the bloat, uncomfortable pressure and horrible periods associated with my fibroids. This isn't a magic fix, but I think it definitely reduces the bloat. I haven't noticed a lot of change from this, and unfortunately the box only has 20 bags so I won't really be able to tell if it works long term because I won't be repurchasing.Now- the taste and smell are STRONG! This is definitely something that either you like or you don't -there is no in-between. I had to choke it down, hopeful that it would make a difference. It is really herbal- almost savory, but not my 'cup of tea' if you will.I definitely suggest of you are going to try this to have a VERY diluted glass the first few times. Yes, it will take longer to get it into your system, but it's not as pungent. I got a bit of a stomach ache the first few cups too, as my body wasn't used to any of the ingredients/herbs.

The name is more graphic than it needs to be, kind of off putting. Seems like a nicer name could have been chosen. It does not taste good. I did not like it. Tea bag contents feel like tiny pellets. Some bits of material got out of the bag and into the drink at the bottom, had to throw away the last of the tea in cup. Found a mucilaginous slime on the bottom of the tea bag. Threw away the rest of the box.
