This product is great! Price is a little higher than I had hoped, but still worth it; high quality, better than regular sugars but not as sweet. Will buy again!

I like this product for two reasons. One, it tastes great in my recipes. Two, the manufacturer is very conscious of taking care of the planet. It’s a very eco-conscious product, which I feel is very important these days.

I use this is many recipe calling for sugar. Great taste. Nice not to have to soak dates nor process into paste before using. Quick and easy!

Date sugar is sweet and rich tasting. It is sugar but a healthier option of sugar. When a recipe calls for two cups of white sugar I only use one cup of white then mix with one cup of date- does tend to make the final result a bit darker but still great taste

The texture is somewhat coarse, so if you need it finer throw it in a magic bullet or some such product. Wonderful product.

It is simply dried and ground dates. Use like sugar in baking . Much lower glycemic index. It's delicious.

I love dates and was hoping this might be a sweetener alternative like monk fruit extract, but it just does not taste good at all and it’s not sweet. Won’t be repurchasing and really don’t know what to do with it either. May get thrown in file 69.
