TLC, high TBW, and fast
Been using it for about 5 months now. Works great, stays pretty cool, haven't had any issues with speed.

Good Ps5 Storage Upgrade
Good storage upgrade for the ps5 at a good price. I bought the non heat sink Because I ordered my own heat sink.

Extremely Fast and Lots of Storage
This is an exceptionally fast NVMe drive that at times can outperform the advertised speeds it is rated for. The SSD drive took almost no time to set up, as it was immediately detected by Disk Manager and I was able to format it and set it up as a new drive in just a few seconds. The drive does not come with any M.2 screws or a heatsink, so be mindful of that beforehand. Aside from that, I did end up putting a basic thin heatsink on this drive as it can get hot easily which can impact its performance, but with a heatsink the same heating issues were no longer a problem. Now, let's talk about the performance. This drive is a powerhouse in almost anything and everything that I have tested it with. I can transfer files between my other SSD drives almost instantly to less than a minute depending on how much I am transferring, and I was even able to move Game Directories from my smaller drives to this one in no time at all as well. As far as load times go, I didn't think there would be much difference between this and my old SN750, but there definitely is. Depending on the games and how optimized they are, some will load anywhere from a second or two, or up to 15-20 seconds for some others. Not only that, I also noticed I have had slightly better frame rates and less stuttering/hitching in other games, which is something I didn't expect. I don't know if that's due to the DirectStorage capabilities, but I honestly have gotten noticeably smoother gameplay in some games like Alan Wake 2, Hogwarts Legacy, and Cyberpunk. I have also never had any problems with recording or saving gameplay videos, and the drive just works for everything I need.Overall, if you are like me who wanted a faster, better, and larger capacity SSD storage drive to have all my games in one place instead of split across multiple smaller drives, then this is the best all around option. I personally believe this is the fastest Gen4 NVMe SSD I have personally used, and I am sure it should be more than fast enough for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend it!

Inconsistent quality. May get a very slow drive
Drive is unexpectedly slow. I am only getting 900+ in 3DMark Storage benchmark. I bought same model a few months earlier and I am getting 1900+ on the old one. Which, by the way, is also on the slow side. For comparison, I am getting almost 3000 on WD_BLACK SN850X on the same system, and it is priced very similar to Corsair.New/slow one has firmware EIFM70.0, and the old one is EIFM51.3.I ran Corsair firmware update utility on both of those drives and it said that both of them have the latest firmware.I suspect Corsair sells different hardware under the same product name, hence different "latest" firmware versions.Note that 3DMark tests real workloads representing what real apps and games may be doing. There are synthetic benchmarks like CrystalDiskMark that don't show an easily apparent issue.

Fast and reliable drive. Corsair never disappoints
Recently bought the 2TB version of this driveSolid drive and speeds are better than I expectedStays relatively cool under motherboard heatsink at 40*C to 45*CIt also has 2GB of DRAM cache, which helps with drive lifespan quite a bit.

Gets super hot. Fails from heat during large transfers.
These drives are very fast and very big. I put one in my laptop and one in an external enclosure to use as overload storage when my internal is full. But beware large transfers. Every time i have tried to move lots of data to the external drive, it overheats and fails. If the transfure requires sustained writes for more than 5-10 minutes, the transfer will fail. (and yes i have a proper heat sink on my external enclosure.)

Drive is great and works well even in a pcie to m.2 card
Drive arrived promptly and packaged well, smart info tests and benchmarks indicate the drive is new and working well to spec. Using them in pcie to m.2 cards works very well but ensure you have good air flow in your case to help temperature. Would buy again in future for my niche storage needs
