Everything worked perfectly and the this Renewed computer also looked brand new. I highly recommend products from this "Renewal" supplier - Compound IT. Unfortunately, this was the third Dell Latitude 7480 that I had to order from Amazon before I got one that worked. The other two were from a different supplier, so be aware of which company is actually supplying, because their product quality differs greatly. The good news is, due to Amazon's return policy, I was refunded all the money spent on the other two and the return process was very easy.

The computer was delivered 3-5 days before expected. Although it was a in a plain brown box (as expected) it was packaged with the correct packaging material to keep it safe and the powers cord was also packaged separately. The computer hardware was better than specified in the description as I was not expecting a internal Smart Card reader even though I wanted one. This is why I am giving 5 stars. Also I had difficulty activating the installed Windows 10 Pro and customer service resolved my problem win hours. So far this has been a better than expected purchase and experience. I will update after further use but I use this exact model for work minus the touch screen and it has always performed well.

Computer works fine, but I bought a model 7480 so that my husband and I would have the same model and b/c it was deemed quite rugged.After a year of trying to update certain aspects (microphone doesn't work, speaker is minimal), I find that I bought a 5480.Bait and switch?Frustrating!!!

My hobby is genealogy and when my 12 year old Acer laptop died ( a hand-me-down from my son) I wanted to replace it with a laptop that can handle my research needs. I was also trying to stay within a small budget so when I came across this laptop with good processor and storage I thought I would take a chance. I have no regrets!My laptop is refurbished but looks brand new to me. All the keys on the keyboard function properly and the screen is nice and bright. I could not get the fingerprint reader to work. During the initial set up it wouldn't read my fingerprint all the way. I considered returning the machine but I am fine with typing in a password instead.The screen is a bit smaller than I had before but I really enjoy the touchscreen feature. It is easy to zoom in on parts of documents. I wasn't sure I would use this feature but I am happy I have it now.This came with Windows 10 Pro which functions fine for me. The memory is adequate and I am able to have many windows open at a time.I am not a "techy" person, but this has satisfied my needs. I highly recommend this for anyone who is on a tight budget.

It has been well over a year since I bought this computer. Nothing but good things to say. everything still works as it should, battery life is great. my only issue is that there aren't any graphics card options for it, so i would steer clear if you want this for any form of gaming.

I have already purchase two of these, 1st one was over two years ago and has not given me any problems.

We got this computer on a Black Friday deal. We received this computer from FedEx and the box was damaged (clearly from FedEx Not seller). I immediately reached out to seller and they sent a return label. I sent the computer back in just a couple days. Now over 3 weeks later, I still have not received my replacement. I understand with holidays, it’s a little crazy, but it is also very frustrating to pay for a product and not have it for an entire month. This is the time of year where I really need this to run my business from home, or wherever. We intentionally purchased before the holidays so I had an extra computer and could work without hassle.The computer itself is a great product. Super fast, great quality, and everything worked great (other than the crack in screen-again not on Seller, on FedEx).
