It mixes pretty well in water or milk - no lumps formed.. not even a single occurrence ... used it for a month or so. No digestive issues at all - too light on the stomach. Lump free shake within 30 seconds, I felt it tastes better with milk and bit of cocoa powder/ choclate peanut butter rather than simply taking with water.Jar quality is good too. Once bought...you can use it for next time by just buying the refill pack.

The product is good. But the package and seal were tampered. The protein powder itself is good and provides the benefits mentioned in its description. The only problem is the seller's way of handling the edible product is bad.

The product is great.However I am facing stomach pains and loose motion after consumption.Tried with Reduced quantity and changed timing with several trial ,but digestion problem unresolved. I am taking dairy products without facing any lactose problems.Looking for remedies.

I loved the coffee and chocolate flavours. There were no bloating issues in my stomach after drinking it. There was some foam after shaking but it dissolved within 30 seconds. It has a normal smell
