I bought this mat almost three years ago and am still thrilled with it. It is huge! As a beginner working out, it is great when doing yoga to not fond yourself suddenly off the mat. If more advanced, it is easy to set up for circuits. I used it for stretching, yoga, pilates, bosu and terra core workouts. It is versatile. It is durable - I've used with and without shoes, moved with it 3 times, and set equipment on it. It is thicker than a usual yoga mat, but not so think that you feel like you are on a balance mat. It is easy to store or set up if you don't have space to leave it out. It had a mild smell when I first got it, but it resolved in a few days. I just use regular yoga mat cleaner and have even vacuumed it from time to time (I have cats). I've recommended it to many friends and highly suggest that of you are looking for a workout mat that you consider this. I'm super satisfied (I admit a little annoyed my husband likes to borrow it for his warm-ups abd some weight lifting)!

The media could not be loaded. I just received today and the it’s the perfect size and soft on my feet. Looks like good quality and worth the money. So far so good.So update 5/17/24 this mat sheds like crazy but I figured why. If you put the side that has writing on it up it will shed. You have to flip the mat so that side that has writing on it should be under not be on top. Once I flipped it no more shedding. Hope this helps.

I've been working on building up a home gym/workout area and this was a must-have to protect my floors. The mat came rolled up in a protective bag that can be used to store it. It also came with a pair of lifting gloves (pictured) which was an unexpected surprise. The thickness is perfect for doing exercises such as squats and crunches, as well as protecting my floors from dumbbells and weight bench. I would say this mat is best for regular use, including weightlifting, cardio, and stretching. I have my kettlebells and weight bench on it as well, and there are indents when I move my equipment, but the indents quickly bounce back to the form of the mat. I did my research on gym mats for quality and affordability, and I'm very pleased with this product.

This is a great product, especially for the price. This mat is great, and doesn't slip. However, if you are doing a long yoga / stretching session (20+ minutes), and have the mat on concrete or tile flooring, it is a bit uncomfortable, but nothing unbearable. Also, if you're standing on the mat, your feet will quickly sink to the hard surface it is on. I simply purchased another regular sized yoga mat for longer work on the mat. Overall, I would say it is a great product and use it daily for ab workouts, yoga, and stretching. Overall, if you're looking for a larger mat, this is awesome, and I would also say that it would be great to put multiple pieces of cardio equipment on top of.

I bought this to put OVER my rubber tiles. The tiles will peel up where they lock together if I am heavy-footed. This keeps everything from sliding around and adds double padding for my knees. It feels awesome. With that said, I am not sure how it would feel directly on a hard floor though. I have been using this for over a month straight for about 10 hours a week. The picture is after 1 month. Burpees, pushups, crunches, etc. And, I did this wearing cross-training SHOES. It still looks new. A pleasant surprise was that I wasn't expecting the bursitis in my right knee to improve. But it has. The padding was my problem. It doesn't slide around the floor. But you can slip a bit like anything covered in sweat. I think it is because I wear shoes and working a lot harder than barefoot yoga. So, I will avoid the spots or wipe them down so I don't have another knee injury. Overall, I am very pleased with this mat.

It's only been a few weeks but this mat has met my expectations, perfect size. I've used it everyday for 1hr intense workouts with and without shoes. The mat has not slid, nor have I seen it breakdown, with small flaky mat particles. I've followed the instruction, making sure to use the proper side up, and I always roll it up and not fold it over when storing away.I am looking into getting different shoes though, since my running shoes do dig in a bit, and make it difficult for me to execute some of my exercises properly. I would suggest researching shoes that work well for HIIT, rather than using running shoes.Excuse the tracks, my dogs wanted to train as well. :)

***UPDATE***I ordered the wrong kind of mat for the exercises I was doing. The company contacted me and sent me a brand new mat, this time the exercise mat as opposed to this yoga mat and it is AMAZING. Buy this yoga mat if you want light exercise and no shoe workouts/yoga. It is very soft and cushiony. Order their exercise mat if you want a durable mat to use with shoes and weights.The company was phenomenal to deal with and I will continue to use them in the future.Previous review*Honestly I’m shocked at the positive reviews....this mat is the least durable mat I have ever owned. Two days in and there were scuffs.The mat is a LOT thinner than advertised.Honestly just disappointed and don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake I did and purchase this mat based off of reviews.

This mat is working very well for us. It unrolled nicely, no discernable smell, and has stayed in place for a few months. A few of the cells have been abraided, but overall very pleased with the quality of the mat. As an aside, it comes in a large bag that falls apart before you even get the mat out for the first time - so I wouldn't plan to actually use the bag for storage. It also comes with one fitness glove, fyi. It was well packaged and arrived promptly.
