I bought this product to make a mold and now I have leftovers and it seems like I should be able to think of a million things to do with something as cool as this, but I think knowing that I'm on the clock with maybe only a few months left before this product could possibly dries up is causing me to draw a blank. I never did think well under pressure! haha. This product dries a milky off-white color. If you look at the first photo my fingers are behind ~1/8" thick part of this product. The first photo also shows (centered and toward the back of the mold) the details of the hinge pieces that I was after with this mold. It did a great job and dried with no air bubbles. The crack you see in photo one is something that I did while trying to get the piece shown in the second picture out of the mold without messing up the rear hinge details that I needed. It didn't happen easily. The darker colors are pieces of fiberglass screen I threw in there as a test for following projects to potentially make it more rigid and durable. It seemingly worked and didn't inhibit curing or anything. I plan on using epoxy resin to fix the second one plastic lid exactly like the one pictured that has a broken hinge piece. No idea if it's going to work, but I can say this was my first time working with this type of product and I didn't have any issues. It worked as expected and it checked all the boxes after my initial research such as being a good hardness level and it being platinum cured. I got it on sale and it was already cheaper than comparable products. I can't imagine what the more expensive products would have to justify a higher price. I can recommend this to everyone with confidence.

Never messed with anything like this before so this is a one off review. I needed a couple of gaskets for a 16" manhole cover on some water tanks and after searching online cam up empty. So got the hair brained idea to make them myself, thought about buying material and cutting them out but then thought I could make a mould and get a tube of silicone and go that route but then I found this stuff and went for it. Made the mould, mixed per instructions and poured into mould, let sit overnight and wow, I'm impressed. Fully set up after a day (didn't check to see if it set up in 4-6 hrs as I was on to other things) released from mould perfectly and very happy with the way they turned out. This was the 30D material would like to try a project with the 10D, oh the possibilities...

This product is great for advanced projects. I would like to have plastic sticks instead of wooden, as it is pretty hard to get more silicone off the sticks. Still a good product, though!

This worked well for the mold I made. It took a long time to cure compared to a different brand I used before, but came out more firm and is less likely to tear.

Twice a month for two years, I purchased the large kit of this 30A silicone. In my early days of buying it there was only one instance where it came leaking and it was a very minor leakage. I reached out to support here via Amazon and heard nothing back to this day. I opted to give the brand another chance since I love the product so much. I continued to purchase it.Recently, a package came and part B leaked out. This time it was a quarter of the part B bottle and it was all trapped in the plastic bag that was sealed around the bottles. This time, I reached out to the brand directly via Instagram since they have a history of messaging me there. I sent them photos and polite messages. I also let them know I didn't want to handle the support via Amazon because I was ignored last time. Well, it's been weeks and I was also ignored on their Instagram but any other time they want to message me, they're always on. I don't understand.I also don't understand why the product is suddenly out of stock. As many problems and annoyances I have had, I still want to keep buying it. THAT is how much I love this silicone. Please! Please! Restock it!

This stuff works great for my needs. Unfortunately it seems as if the company is no longer going to be selling the shore 30A translucent. That really sucks, since I have to find another supplier now that I have developed products that I sell which depend on this type of product, and nobody else on Amazon sells shore 30A translucent silicone.

Bottle says cure in 6hrs. I let cure for 24 hrs and looks like it set up. Went to demold and found it had not fully cured. The outside shell looks like it fully cured, which is why I went to de-mold it. To make matters worst the buck (the part I'm copying) is now covered in un-cured silicone! This is aggravating as I've now wasted several days and have to start at square one! And before you start: My room temp 75+ degrees, it's in doors with no humidity, and this ain't my first time using RTV silicone. This stuff is junk.

Good quality. I needed to make a gasket around a steel plate. Was easy to use for that purpose.I mixed 1:1 for a solid five minutes with a disposable fork in a plastic cup, degassed it, and poured into an mdf mold I clearcoated and lined with a thin layer of vaseline.Time from mixing to pour was about 30 minutes. I left it overnight and by the next morning it had fully set. The texture/durometer is firm enough for a mild vacuum seal.
