Worked in both Windows 11 and Linux Mint (ubuntu, fedora based)
THe product arrived extremely quickly, basically in a day and packaging was first rate. The printer itself is very solid, small but heavy and feels solid.Came with 100 bifold labels and a USB drive with software/drivers and even a USB to USB-C adaptor. For installing on Linux Mint (based on Ubuntu, Fedora), I just deployed (unzipped) the .gz files into a folder, and then went into the linux command prompt window and moved into the proper folder and ran the install.sh for the x86 driver, since my computer was X86 and not aarch based. THey also provide a "remove.sh" script but it was not executable, so if you accidently installed the wrong drive, you can just run the following "chmod +X remove.sh" and then "sudo ./remove.sh" and it will remove it just fine. So if for some reason the owner or permission in linux is wrong, be prepared to run a chown or chmod command. I didn't have to run either, except on the remove.sh script. After running the Linux "sudo ./install.sh script from inside the x86 driver folder" the printer showed up and and I was able to do select the printer, go to preferences and print a test page. I also found that I could test the sample pdf included on the usb drive, but I did have to select the 4x6 paper size as the default as print preview indicated that 8x5 x 11 paper was being used, so I selected 4x6 and the print preview looked correct. Then I clicked print and the sample label printed and the print speed is extremely fast.FOr win11 I ran the install from the USB drive included. No problems. I also went to the website and found an (optional?) software called LabelPrinterWindowsTool which I also installed and ran and it detected the printed and I ran a test print label and it also worked 1st try.Anyways, the quality is acceptable, but not 300dpi. Speed is amazing fast. I'm giving 4 stars for quality but only because the print looks a bit lower res compared to my laser printer output. I am guessing the $100 model probably looks better since its 300dpi rated, so if the print quality needs the extra quality, consider that model. For my use as an ebay shipping label printer, this will work just fine!I think for the money, I now have a label printer that works in both linux mint and windows 11.I did not get the bluetooth model, so no phone or bluetooth connectivity or app applies on this model. For the price paid, I am extremely impressed. THe manual and documentation included is colorful, clear and easy to understand. Good job labelRange.

Top Notch Thermal Printer
I can’t express enough how much this thermal printer has been a fantastic addition to my office setup. From the moment I set it up with Bluetooth (super easy, by the way), it’s worked seamlessly with my computer and phone. The build quality is exceptional, and its sleek, modern design fits right in with my workspace. Plus, it's incredibly lightweight and compact—super convenient. The print quality is consistently top-notch—crisp and clear every time. The best part? No need for ink or toner thanks to the thermal printing technology. It’s such a huge advantage. The included paper is also excellent, ensuring that my labels are durable and professional-looking.The Label Expert app is very intuitive and makes creating labels a breeze. It's perfect for mobile printing as well. This printer is fast, reliable, and has seriously made shipping a lot easier. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to print labels!

Very Pleased
I bought this label printer the day after I had already bought a small one on sale from another brand. I hated the other one with a passion and immediately put in to return it and found this one. It arrived quickly and packaged very securely and upon opening my box I immediately tested this printer out with my own labels for my herb containers. They printed fast and came out great so I included a picture with this review. Jpeg and Svg images work great with this printer. The App for the printer is easy to figure out and navigate around though I do see room for improvement in the app in particular when manually resizing a label, the app got a little funny here and there as I was stretching my graphics wide, other than that no issues. I plan to use this mostly with my iPad so it did connect easily to my tablet using the app & pairing with a bluetooth connection. I am very happy so far with this printer. Make sure to read the manual when It comes to changing your label sizes. I didn't read it properly and messed up a couple of labels by not following the instructions! Overall very happy with this easy quick little label printer.

Great thermal printer for a great price!
Super easy to set up and get working, worked like a charm out of the box. Remember yo set the label sizes across platforms to 4x6 for shipping within the site settings, and it works great. The instruction for setting it up on your phone is easy to follow and only a couple of steps. Pc is a little bit more involved, but if you follow the instructions you can get it done though with all the windows updates the instruction could use a little updating as I could see it being a bit difficult for someone with little computer knowledge. Works perfect and has made our lives easier, would recommend this quality product so far!
