Firstly; It mentions that this Fridge Freezer has a water dispenser...It doesn't!Amazon is aware of this and the description should have been edited by now. I notified them on the 19th of April 2024 regarding the fact that it did not have the dispenser.I was trying to replace my previous Beko Fridge Freezer with one of the same. Unfortunately Beko stopped producing that model and I found that I could not find a similar one at all from them.I then stumbled across this Beko fridge freezer as it was within my price range to which I thought it to be very good value for money. Very glad that I settled on this model.Place a room temperature bottle of wine in the freezer compartment for 30 minutes and it comes out super chilled!There's lots of space in the freezer too and with 4 drawers and 1 pull down flap for quick freeze section, you have good choices of where to place your various food products.The Fridge section is also great, which offers multiple shelves and keeps your food perfectly chilled. You may want to experiment with the temperature control for the first few days to get to your preferred temperature as it can actually be too efficient by partially freezing some of the food dependant on where in the fridge it is stored.I placed a thermometer inside the fridge in different sections over the first few days of owning it and adjusted the temperature accordingly afterwards.The overall height of the fridge freezer may put some people off as it is very tall, but this is to compensate for the width (55cm) of it being narrower than my previous Beko one of 60cm. Besides, if you do want to purchase a 60cm width fridge freezer then you'll be looking to pay at least a couple of hundred pounds more for the privilege.Overall, I am very pleased with the performance and the internal space that this fridge freezer provides.I would definitely recommend purchasing one as for the price of £429 including delivery, plus £10 for the unwrapping/removal of the packaging and the removal of your old appliance, this price from Amazon is easily one of the most competitive prices on the market for this model.

Ok so like others have stated it does not come with a water dispenser - I'm not bothered I read the reviews and knew that and Amazon know also as I did tell them when I had to contact them.So the delivery was terrible it's not via an Amazon van, it was a white van with tape round the rear arch to start with then I think it was the chuckle brothers that delivered, the van didn't have one of them lift platforms so was a drop down out the van and watching them try and get it out was a comedy show. Anyways once inside the door I told them to leave it and I'd move it myself.So I left it in the kitchen for about 6 hours before plugging it in.Upon opening the fridge the salad tray was all cracked and snapped and a few dents in the fridge( not noticeable unless you really look) but got a partial refund (still waiting for actually)Anyways it's huge like I can't reach the top shelf without a step (I am only 5'1) but it's great far more space then my old one.Temperature is great nothing freezing up in the fridge and the freezer is great plenty of space with a little drawer at the top for ice cubes or lollies and the top drawer pulls down and the other 4 just pull out.It's very quiet and looks nice and smart.Great price.

Item arrived on time.Delivery men were brilliant. Absolutely love my fridge freezer,it's so spacious and ideal for my outhouse, which temperatures can change drastically. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a Beko CFG4501W Fridge Freezer from Hughes Electrical through Amazon. On delivery, the fridge crisper drawer was found to be broken.Advised by Amazon to contact Hughes, which I did, and was informed by their representative, Daisy, who forcibly insisted that it was none of their responsibility as they were only the third-party seller.Daisy refused to replace the crisper drawer and told me to get in contact again with Amazon who can only collect the whole item. Passing the buck at its finest.Got back in contact with Amazon representatives (Panish and Gavin) who told me that the only procedure they can follow is detailed below.Now we have to wait for Amazon to collect the fridge freezer, Amazon to return it to Hughes, Hughes to inspect the defective parts and then, perhaps, issue a refund of the £459.00 I spent in good faith within 5 working days which will take us until the 9th February (today is the 27th January).All frozen and fresh food will be spoiled but Hughes and Amazon don't care a jot because, as Daisy pointed out, it's not Hughes Electricals responsibility and Amazon tell me that they're just the delivery company.I'm on a tight budget and cannot afford to buy a new fridge freezer until I receive the refund which means that I cannot feed fresh food to my daughters for at least the next two weeks.Terrible customer service from both Hughes and Amazon - please don't order anything from Hughes through Amazon as both of them just refuse to help.

Tall and thin, fits the space I have available, what I lose in width I gain in height, so this fridgefreezer is ideal.Quiet running.

Fridge freezer is great, great size-plenty of room.Would have given 5 star, the delivery guys broke my front fence and left the fridge freezer at my front door.
