312XL CISS Refillable Cartridge Kit with Empty Ink System, Ink Flow Control Damper, for Chipless Firmware Installed XP-15000 Printer

While I was excited for the capacity of this system, it never worked. The ink never flowed/pulled into my printer. Would not recommend this at all. Ended up going with the original CISS system I had and that one works great every time!

I ordered this ciss for an extra printer that I’ve been using for small prints. Did everything I I did on my other ciss because of course no directions at all. So I found a video. So when I put the cartridges in it’s doesn’t send ink to the printer heads. So I put on my printer that has been working perfectly fine. But now it’s no ink coming through. So now I have this ciss full of ink just sitting until I can get a new one in. Adding on to my first review because I cannot get my refund because they just keep sending a new one. So the same thing can not get it to work. I have lost so much ink just because they will not send me a refund. So now sending the second one back again and let them send me a new one again just crazy to me. Don’t buy this product

I risked this purchase in spite of the bad reviews because I liked the idea of the dampers, and it was clear the previous reviewers weren't really educated on dtf based on their complaints. For instance, white ink is always going to dry in any CISS or printer line. It is up to the user to move the ink through the lines daily. Here are my complaints.1. There is no instruction on how to prime or install the carts and system. There is a very poor video I ended up finding in the product photos here, but it doesn't show everything, and certainly doesn't show priming/purging procedure. There are also no instructions or explanations of what the additional mounting pieces are. I was able to find a YouTube video of another CISS with similar mounts, but still doesn't explain a few random pieces.2. The lines from the carts are secured and exit the side that faces the rear of the printer. They will not only fold under the print head during op bo matter what you do, but they aalso drag against the silver bar on the back.3, Build quality is generally poor. Not a big deal, but the carts aren't in order of the XP OEM carts. You can easily swap them, but it falls in line with the overall product. The lid is junk, bottles are annoyingly hard to fill and it's just a mess.4. lastly - after a plethora of wasted ink, I absolutely cannot get the yellow line to supply. I have tried everything including swapping carts, pulling ink , etc.Again, I know a bit, and although unlikely, I will admit there may be something I'm missing - but have no idea with no instructions and no way to contact the seller.Pretty disappointed in the wasted time and expensive ink.

I have tried everything for the ink to stay consistent flowing into the cartridge . Nothing works. The lines eventually start to dry. I will not recommend this product. I have lost so much ink.

I'm not happy wasted my money and chipless firmware dissatisfied white leaked out the hose all over I was excited to get the printer and the ciss and just didn't work for me so upsetting

I purchase even with bad reviews! Ink will not keep flowing! Amazon you guys should have better policy on products you allow on your site! When they get a lot of bad reviews that say the same thing about products being horrible! That seller should be suspended until they don’t get bad reviews! This was a waste of my and other alike money! DONT BUY! If I could I would give this seller 5- STARS!
