For professional use only
I would love to write a positive review for this product, and if I were a dentist or dental nurse I probably could. This product is not suitable for home use. The box clearly states for professional use only but this is not mentioned in the description. It is only once you have broken the seal on the box and read the instructions that you fully understand this. You need to fully dry the teeth before using this product, unless you have a small air blower like a dentist uses you may be able to use a camera lens blower if you have one or maybe some kitchen towel to achieve the desired effect. You then need to apply a thin layer to the internal surface where the crown or whatever needs to go, seat the crown and apply light pressure. Excess product needs to be removed with a scaler. You need to avoid getting the uncured product on skin/mucous membrane. You certainly cannot use this product on yourself. If you do manage to find someone who can use this product it has a shelf life of 3 years from manufacture and that includes after it has been opened, so it can be stored for future use. Once used it lasts for a maximum of 4 weeks in the mouth. This is not, as I had hoped, an easy fix until you can get to a dentist.

Good product but didn't work for a lateral incisor
I have a lateral incisor post crown which for years has been coming out every 6-7 months. The temporary cement held the crown in for a couple of days and then it came out again. The post for this type of tooth is shorter and I think the tooth itself is damaged and this may account for the fact that it didn't work for me on this occasion. It is still a good product though and I think it would easily hold any capped crowns or crowns with a longer post until I was able to see my dentist.

Trust the reviews...it's bad
Should have listened to the negative reviews but hey...it was a Sunday and I needed to try put my one tooth bridge back in (lateral incisor) . Lasted all of 10 minutes. Terrible. Do not buy!

With the adequate tools, such a scaling device, it has brilliant results at home
Given how NHS dentists are on the brink of extinction, my dentist could not find time or resources to fill one of my premolars. Furthermore, she only did a temporary filling and warned me that it would not last long. All this happened last year, and since then, I have been doing my own dentistry and dental hygiene. I am pretty savvy at it, and I acquired a cleaning and scaling device, prophylaxis paste, and several tools. Furthermore, I tested different types of luting cement, paste, and even glass ionomer restorative material.I always use the prophylaxis paste prior to a filling. I have a dentist’s plastic mouth guard that keeps my mouth open and teeth exposed. Moreover, I use rolled tissue around the respective tooth to absorb all moisture and saliva before and after the application. The final step after allowing the cement to dry is to shape and polish off the residual material, which I do effortlessly with the scaling device. I am happy to reapply the lute every four to six weeks and maintain the tooth whole until I can get the implants in a private clinic this summer. While doing your fillings at home is not the wisest idea, it worked wonders for me. Moreover, I learned how to be self-sufficient concerning a harrowing and expensive treatment, primarily when I must wait for six to twelve months for a dental professional. Nevertheless, it takes practice and adequate home tools to create an acceptable result. I, however, am delighted with the quality and results.
